| his experience with/knowledge of the product is certainly important as to whether or not someone would want to buy it, and/or buy it from him. You're right, he should have the specs on those BCs as well. And that is exactly what I said in my post. :I just think it's a bit more constructive to say, "I'd buy it only if you have install experience/a guarantee of some sort" than to imply he's a kid working out of his parents' basement due to a shortcoming on details. I have no interest in purchasing it from him since I own my own *shop*. So why would I put that? I asked what made it better for twice the price of others. He asked for specs for a product that he sells on his own website. I *never* said he runs his business out of his house.....I just said that it amazes me how many people do that. I get calls all the time from people wanting to buy things at *dealer* price because they just got their business license last week :rolleyes:. I have no idea what kind of shop he has.
